Terms and Conditions
1. General
These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Mailra and the client, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Reservations and Bookings
Reservations can be made through our website, by email, phone, or in person. A reservation is only final after written confirmation from Mailra and after receipt of the deposit payment.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in euros and exclude VAT, transport, setup, and breakdown costs, unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date. For reservations, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required.
4. Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
- Cancellation more than 14 days before the event: no charge (deposit will be refunded)
- Cancellation 7-14 days before the event: 50% of the total amount
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the event: 100% of the total amount
5. Delivery and Return
The client is responsible for the rented items from the moment of delivery until the moment of pickup. Any damage, loss, or theft must be reported immediately and will be charged to the client.
6. Liability
Mailra is not liable for any damage caused by the use of the rented items. The client is responsible for any damage to the rented items during the rental period.
7. Applicable Law
Dutch law applies to all agreements between Mailra and the client. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
